James has over 20 years of environmental and geotechnical experience with Shannon & Wilson. He performs a variety of environmental and geotechnical engineering tasks. For environmental services, he has performed more than 30 Phase I and II environmental assessments, permitting, and hazardous waste investigations. For geotechnical services, James has assisted in subsurface investigations including soil and rock logging, geologic reconnaissance, and bedrock mapping. He also contributes to the Well Services group with well evaluations and rehabilitation work including dye-trace studies. James has completed the OSHA-required 4-hour health and safety training course for work on hazardous waste sites and participates geophysical surveys which include ReMi, resistivity, refraction, and gravity.
