Geotechnical asset management is a process of identifying and evaluating geotechnical features of an infrastructure system to prioritize maintenance and repair activities and reduce the likelihood of loss of system functionality. We have provided these services for public and private infrastructure systems which have included landslide and rockfall sites, persistent settlement areas, and retaining walls and pavements at risk from geologic or geotechnical hazards. We incorporate engineering concepts and cost data into our asset management plans, giving our clients the information needed to identify and prioritize repair or replacement costs.
