Brian Trott, PE
Senior Engineer
In his time at Shannon & Wilson, Brian has performed engineering analysis and prepared design recommendations for buildings, bridges, pavement systems, retaining walls, and levees. His technical experience encompasses soil characterization, design of shallow and deep foundation systems, design of earth retention systems, slope stability analysis, liquefaction analysis, and settlement analysis.
Brian has been involved with subsurface field explorations including drilling observation, vibrating wire piezometer (VWP) installation, CPT observation, test pit observation, and performing hand auger borings. Furthermore, he has been involved in construction observation, testing, and documentation, including monitoring of earthwork, deep foundation installation, stone column installation, and tieback installation.
