Christian Canfield has worked on a variety of laboratory and field-testing projects located in Washington and Alaska. Christian has worked as a stormwater management design engineer. This required him to work with clients and contractors along with city and county permitting officers. He has experience preparing stormwater analysis reports and with software such as AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, and more. He spent some time in the laboratory running soil tests such as grain size analysis and Atterberg Limits. Christian has 3 years of experience performing Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III Environmental Site Assessments.
In the field, Christian has performed multiple hydrogeologic tasks as well as environmental compliance and construction oversight. Work included well development, environmental soil and groundwater sampling, recharge rate testing, observation of tieback anchors, and general construction oversight. He also has experience with vibrating wire piezometers and slope inclinometer tests.
