Ryan Rohlfing is a Hydraulic Engineer specializing in transportation hydraulics. Ryan is experienced with project management, analysis, design, bid package production, and construction management for hydrologic and hydraulic focused projects. His technical experience includes two-dimensional hydraulic modeling in riverine and tidal environments, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, bridge scour, Metric 18 compliance, urban drainage and culvert design, and riprap design. Ryan also teaches two courses for the National Highway Institute covering Stream Stability and Scour at Highway Bridges and Urban Drainage Design. He performed construction observation for projects on dams, bridges, roadways and trails, storm systems, as well as standard and partially grouted (matrix) riprap installations.
