Nina Guizzetti

Nina Guizzetti joined Shannon and Wilson’s Anchorage office Geotechnical Services group in September 2023. She provides geotechnical support on a wide variety of projects within Anchorage and other areas of Alaska. Nina oversees geotechnical drilling observations for road/pavement improvements, transportation, and infrastructure improvement projects.

Prior to joining Shannon and Wilson, Nina worked as a research assistant to the USGS performing research to aid their ongoing development of their Early Earthquake Warning technology, ShakeAlert. She most recently served as an Intern Geologist at Hecla Greens Creek Mining Company where she gained experience in exploration geology, core logging, and grade control.
