In his Federal Programs role, Rob leverages his 30+ years of A/E/C industry experience to lead efforts to win federal pursuits and other work.
Rob began his career on the owner’s side, working as a Water Resources Planner with the US Army Corps of Engineers; first in New York and then in Los Angeles. In that role, he led multi-disciplinary teams in conducting feasibility-level studies of civil works projects including flood control and storm damage reduction, ecosystem restoration, deep draft navigation, and beach erosion.
He later moved to a large civil engineering firm based in Los Angeles with offices throughout California, Arizona, and Utah. There he was the corporate leader of Federal Programs responsible for developing and executing a company-wide strategic plan to pursue, win, and perform work in the Federal market sector.
From 2011 until 2023, Rob was the Director of Business Development for a large architecture firm in Los Angeles where he was responsible for coordinating business development efforts in multiple market sectors including federal, health and science, civic, education, aviation, and hospitality.
