Scott Harris

Scott Harris has two years of active professional experience in civil engineering, including geotechnical engineering, laboratory testing, and ground penetrating radar processing. He has successfully managed field exploration and drilling programs, field permeability testing, Standard Penetration Testing, auger sampling, laboratory testing, and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) verification testing.  Scott has provided geotechnical engineering on FDOT, IDOT, ADOT, NAVFAC SE, SJWMD, and CSX projects.
