Joe Heavin has managed geotechnical engineering projects for pump stations, pipelines, rural and urban channels, flood control levees, small dams, landslide remediation, marsh restorations, marine and waterfront structures, industrial process equipment, and commercial real estate. Joe has practiced geotechnical engineering for 14 years. Located in the Bay Area, Joe is proficient with the use of analytical methods and modeling related to slope stability, seepage, retaining structures, deep foundations, settlement, and seismic hazards.
