Joe Clare

Joe has more than 27 years’ experience in all phases of project delivery from business development, planning and preliminary analysis to construction management for large mega programs as well as smaller individual projects. His expertise is the planning, design, construction, and delivery of large heavy infrastructure programs involving highways, bridges, tunnels, shafts, and underground space for wastewater, water, transit, and transportation infrastructure projects with construction costs over $3 billion. His experience includes project and program management, quality and risk management, personnel empowerment, stakeholder, and interagency coordination for delivery of heavy civil infrastructure projects in urban areas. Joe has confidence with public speaking and providing leadership to diversified project teams.
