Sarah Corbin, PWS, CESCL

Senior Biologist


Sarah Corbin is a senior biologist,  permit specialist, and project manager with more than 10 years’ experience in environmental permit compliance for complex projects; local, state, and federal environmental permitting for restoration, linear transportation, utility, and railway projects; and technical field activities such as wetland delineations, Ordinary High Water Mark determinations, rapid assessment stream surveys, bird nesting surveys, fish exclusion, and erosion control and water quality monitoring. Sarah is a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) and WSDOT-Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) with experience writing biological assessments, identifying critical area minimization and avoidance measures during project design and construction, and designing planting and mitigation plans for project restoration.
