Hisham has 30 years of geotechnical engineering and project management. He has been involved in a variety of geotechnical engineering projects ranging from small residential jobs to large federal highway transportation and transit projects. Hisham has led projects that have extensive deep foundations, such as the Honolulu light rail, the Seattle Monorail, Washington State SR 509, numerous bridges, and building foundations. He is currently the Deputy Project Manager for the Honolulu light rail design-build project in Honolulu, Hawaii and the Federal Way Link Extension design-build project in Seattle, Washington.
