American Geotechnics to Join Shannon & Wilson

Shannon & Wilson is excited to announce our plans to acquire American Geotechnics. On January 1, 2022, the Idaho-based geotechnical firm will join the Shannon & Wilson family. 

Established in 2001, American Geotechnics provides professional geotechnical engineering and materials testing services in the public and private sectors throughout the state of Idaho and the surrounding areas. American Geotechnics serves local, state, and federal agencies as well as private clients, including airports, railroads, and utilities. With its main office in Boise, American Geotechnics also has branch offices in Idaho Falls and Coeur d’Alene.
